TEAM'S EXPERTISE
In terms of experience within the Executive Team, ZCP’s Directors and Managing Partners have extensive knowledge in asset and liability management; in addition, we have managed and advised on many complex financial transactions and projects.
From 1998 to 2005, our Team members managed one of the largest pension funds in Latin America, and in 2007, we participated in Latin America’s largest corporate bond issue. ZCP has specialized in restructuring toxic assets from bank holdings (Lehman Bros Default), including dynamic debt restructuring advisory during the financial crisis in 2008 (USD 5,000 MM), and has successfully helped corporate institutional and governmental clients to manage balance sheet restructuring.
The Management Team expertise includes negotiations for selected Latin American Central Banks, Debt Management Offices with Export Credit Agencies (ECA’S) & Bilateral and Multilateral Financial Institutions. ZCP has participated in several Latin American Sovereign external and internal debt issues totaling USD 7,500 MM.
